^ It's not much more than we've heard before. Basically it tells the story that was in the tv special (not the drama) that aired a while ago. It's claiming that the man in the audio is Max.

It says that he went to Ayu's mother and actually told her that he was seeing someone else and Ayu at the same time, but eventually it just became Ayu that he was seeing. They dated for about a year and a half. He was always busy and when they were dating he didn't have much time to spend with her on holidays and such. Then she started writing songs about lovers always being together but not really (Appears). And that's when they broke up.

Sidenote: I remember an old interview where Ayu said that song was written about a friend and not her own experience. Pretty obvious it was from her own experience now.

The main reason for the breakup other than them being busy was Ayu came home to find him having an affair with a porn star. He left the house, but was drunk so he stayed outside ringing the doorbell over and over and fell asleep in the hallway. He then kind of justifies it by saying that he had only thought about Ayu for a year and a half. So I guess it's okay that he cheats? lol. He doesn't say that exactly, but that's the connotation. Then he says Ayu is smart, so once she's done she will move onto the next. And he was like, well, I guess we're over then, and moved to Hawaii. Then says that actually he had already moved to Hawaii and was making songs there, but decided to move there completely. He really liked her in actuality and says he didn't want to give up, but for some reason did anyway. He got busy making songs for both Ayu and Dream. He was still in contact but because he had to for work.

This part I'm a little less clear on from what I'm hearing, but I believe he says that even after the cheating Ayu didn't necassarily want to break up, but that she did want some time apart.

Then the person asking him questions asked: So even if you care about someone a lot you can still cheat on them?
He said, no, that's not how it is. We just didn't see each other.

He returned from Hawaii about a year and a half later and on the day he got back Ayu told him she was with Tomoya Nagase. He said he didn't think too much of it; it didn't bother him.

The Nagase stuff at the end I am not as sure about so don't take it as gospel. But she spoke to Max about breaking up with him, but if they did Max would have to break it to the tabloids and Johnny's would be super mad about that. Then he talks briefly about the tatoos that her and Nagase have and that she wanted to change hers.

So really not much that we haven't heard before in some form or another.

Max came off as an entitled, heartless asshole, and the comments pretty much agree with that assessment.
