Did someone use an online translator to get 'Paradise'?
Both carnival and paradise sounds okay to me depending on what context it's in and how you interpret it as. Unless it's different in Japanese.

The dictionary on my shelf has spoken. "rakuen" means "paradise"; "carnival" would be in katakana.
And I wonder how this will sound. If it's anything similar to their past few singles... pfft. Never mind.

It's impossible that the song will mean Carnival as they already have a song named that. It's more towards paradise like others have said. Phew finally dAI finished their long break.

You can't always trust the definitions on dictionaries, I'm a native speaker so I have an idea of what I am talking about. Go to check on yahoo Japan if you don't believe me.
