The planet yearly ranking is up. It is similar to the Oricon ranking but it covers the period from 1/1/2002 to 30/11/2002 and it shows the actual number of CDs sold.

If I am not mistaken, when "H" was certified at selling 1,000,000 it meant that Avex had shipped 1,000,000 copies, not that consumers had bought 1,000,000. Perhaps that explains the discrepancy.
