Thoughts on My Story Tour 2005

First I must say, it is amazing!!!!! I watched the first disk, and I was amazed by ayumi's vocal talents and all of the dancers. I can't wait until disk 2 is done downloading!!!

Anyway here is a breif synopsis on each preformance.

WONDERLAND - very cool, getting the crowd ready for the show!

Kalaidoscope
- also very cool, ayu makes diffrent face apperances and finally starts the show with a big blow!

HAPPY ENDING - excellent! I used to not like this song but now I love it!!! Very emotional between the seperation of a man and a women...

INSPIRE - WOW!!! I thought this preformance was much better the the Countdown Live 2004-2005 one. Lots of rocking beats and lots of dancers!

SURREAL - very good!, I love the chorus to this song and she sang beautifully!

UNITE
- just like all the other UNITE preformances she has done, good!

GAME - WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!! The intro into the song is one of the best I've ever seen. She serprises the whole crowd when shes shows up! I felt like I was there! I had to replay that one more then once.

my name's women - Incredible! She shows those men who is boss!

About You - Interesting, it is sortof hard to hear her voice but very well done. I love the part when she pulls the chains down and sets herself free.

Moments
- Love that big beautiful dress! And I love the hair, its looks so cool! She really outdone it this time!

walking proud - it's ok. My least favorite preformance she did. Maybe because I really don't like that song....

CAROLS another story about a man and a women being seperated. Very pretty, especially with the snow coming down on her beauitful long golden hair!

Cather in the Light lots of lights, lots of dancing, LOTS of fun!!

HONEY - Amazing! The first and best HONEY preformance I think I'll ever see!! I want one of those dancing canes the men use!!!

evolution
- it ok, just like all the other evolution preformances. But I love that pink outfit shes wearing!

Boys & Girls - THE BEST BOYS & GIRLS PREFORMANCE I HAVE EVER SEEN! She has everybody singing with her, even the ones who dont know the lyrics because they had them post up!! I was singing all the way. And the the beautiful water fall efects they had. It was amazing!!

So there is my opinion of the first disk! How did you like it>?

I haven't got it yet and it might take a few months? LOL.

Anyway, can you tell us about "STEP you", "Humming 4/7", "flower garden" and "Replace"?

And what's on the last DVD?

I listened to the mp3's somebody ripped at Ayunite, and judging by the mp3's... It sounded pretty good. Peco & Co. really ruin songs like About You and STEP you though.

HAPPY ENDING and INSPIRE sound very good. Catcher In The Light, amazing. SURREAL sounded especially good, since IMO she usually butchers old songs. Boys & Girls, I've never heard the crowd sing along that loud. I heard her crying a lot in Replace, and About You, wow her voice is sexy.. in a strange way...

In this concert she really doesn't kill the old songs, I'm impressed.

I bought the dvd few days ago and I wanted to share with someone soo bad Now finally people are starting to download it. But I really recomand to buy the dvd. Well i have to say that it's the "BEST" ARENA TOUR that she ever had!!! It's amazing I have to give a 150 out of 100 it's really amazing. I think this concert is even more carefully planed compare to the 2003-2004 ARENA TOUR!!!! The third disc is super funny also!!!

I've only seen the first two performances (downloading the vobs from Jpopsuki) so I can't really comment on too much yet. However I just wanted to say that choreography for Happy Ending was absolutely stunning! Not to mention the set, the costumes, Ayu's vocals, etc. And I *really* love all the videos and scenery in the background, so much nicer than just a bland stage. So far this Arena Tour really reminds me of Concert Tour 2000.

I haven't finished watching it yet, but I was so inspired by the Walking Proud performance that I just had to post.

I knew the DVD would be great based on what I saw live, but there are several big advantages to seeing it on DVD - mainly the sound and view is much better. This has been an amazing concert up to the point I have watched.

Walking Proud just totally blew me away, which I wasn't expecting. During the live show, it was probably the least memorable of the performances for me, but in this concert, she just poured so much emotion into it. Wow, those tears just looked so heartfelt.

Definitely a 10/10 - MAYBE her best DVD release ever considering all the bonus features that come with it. Once I've seen the whole thing and can gather my thoughts together, I'll post a more in depth review.

Also, all the people that are downloading - I really hope you buy it afterwards. It is definitely worth it.

Well it does include 3 DVDs. So once the Overseas Version is out, I'm guessing that will be in the mid-$40 range.

Huh?! What's wrong with what I said?

By the way, I thought it was sooo cute how Ayu brought her puppy onto the stage. I haven't seen it yet, but that just looks amazing.

I wonder what that puppy felt
