Woot , say hello to AHS's 1st ever official thread of Dew !

Duo's Biography

Dew is a duo unit composed of Yu Shimizu (Vocal) and Haruna Onishi (Vocal & Piano) .

The girls got together to sing while they spent their high school days (3 years) in Canada .

Their first piano album croquis was released from an indies label in 2006 .

In 2007 , their debut single present was selected as the Commercial song for MAX FACTOR's "Dual Effect Foundation" with the appearance of Haruka Ayase & it aroused considerable interest .

In July 2008 , they released a mini album Illustrated Flower Book ~Hanazukan which is composed of songs with the theme of only flowers & in October , they released a cover album Illustrated Flower Book extra edition ~Hanazukan Bessatsu .

The duo's 1st major debut album PRESENT was released on May 13th 2009 & it will be getting a re-release date on August 19th 2009 .

OMG I have been addicted to their music ever since I decided to download some of their material earlier on the net , no thanks to MTV Asia/China where they had been overplaying Thank you's PV

I think their stuff's pretty good & their major label debut album PRESENT is pretty solid .

Given enough time/exposure , I think the girls can go far <3

if someone can upload their discography on here , that will be great because it's quite difficult for me to scout out their material on the net
