I'll consider it a rumor until I see it at avex though.

hahaha ... I was a bit surprised to hear that + was a possible title, but &? I really don't get song titles nowadays..

I'm guessing it's because (as I mentioned before, lol) she has no initials left for a multiple-track single. I think "&" is a great title. I bet this is the true title of the single, considering how late avex announces release information. And I highly doubt she'd title the single after one of the songs on the single, it's unlikely.

Matte, that's reasonable.
Somebody combined the A and H using photoshop in a HK newsgroup before, and that become something like a &.
