Natasha Bedingfield anyone?

Yeah, anyone a fan? I am! I thought the first thing she was gonna do when she's at the US is get kicked out of the land for her brand of pop, but apparently that's not what happened.

"These Words" reached #15 in the Hot 100, and currently "Unwritten" is at #9! Awesome, yes?! That's like even better than stuff by popular artistes! Mariah Carey's "It's Like That" did worse!

The re-release of her album is even better, better tracks are added.

These Words used to but me so much because my boyfriend saturated the house playing that song all the time... but after a while it grew on me. I love unwritten though! I think the lyrics are sweet and cute. And I just saw what she looked like the other day when I saw her CD cover... she's really pretty! How are the rest of her songs, MaddyC? Is it alright if I call you MaddyC?

I think she suffers from being way too overplayed in this side of the ocean. I'll stab my ears with something if I have to hear 'these words' again ...

'Unwritten' was nice the couple of first times you heard it , and the music video for it is cool

Yeah, MaddyC, MadC, MC, Mad, anything works.

Her album is good. But be aware that there are 2 versions. The UK one is horrid compared to the US version. The US version has "The One That Got Away" and "Peace Of Me", a lot stronger than "I'm A Bomb" from the UK version. I guess the track title already says it all...

I always skip These Words, it got too much airplay. Overplaying it causes me to hate it now. I'll probably like it again in like 5 years probably, but not now. In its prime here, These Words was played on MTV and radio so much it was intolerable. Everyone knew the song.

Unwritten is really good. I got the UK single, it has a cover of Coldplay's hit, The Scientist. Except Natasha added her magic touch and made an awesome live jazz version. The UK promotional video is also very beautiful.

Next single will be I Bruise Easily, another good track. I don't know if they will remake the PV, as the UK music video was simply stunning. You guys have to watch the PV, we get to see a geisha at the start! Guess who?! Don't wanna ruin the surprise.. I don't think I Bruise Easily will match the success of Unwritten, but I guess it's pretty unpredictable in the US, don't know what'd happen.

Yeah, I liked I Bruise Easily a lot. Had a dark and mysterious feel to it, which always scores for me. And the video was great too.

See, I do know a bit of English pop you know, Deric?

I like 'These words' ^^. It was overplayed here [Finland] too, but because I don't listen to radio that much (I hate it when they overplay these popular songs, lol) I've heard it only a few times.

I haven't heard Unwritten yet, but I'm going to search for it at youtube.com now... Ok, I heard it now but I didn't fall in love with it yet, it usually takes a couple of listenings until I start to like a song. Still not bad either... But I don't think I'm going to buy an album or anything, I like the songs but they're not THAT good.

edit: Oh, I forgot to say that I'd like to hear Natasha's The Scientist cover, I really like the original and it'd be interesting to hear it sung by a female vocalist.

I love Natasha... something about her reminds me of Ayu, but I'm not sure what. It might just be that they write their own songs.
The American album is really good, I'm very happy with it.
And what's wrong with I'm A Bomb???

I could get it here, if I won't be banned/cursed/murdered by the staff... Natasha has gone U.S too..

Wow, I love Natasha! I started liking her when she reached #1 with These Words in UK.. Since then, I'm a fan! I'd like them to remake the IBE video, just to have a new one lol
And I didn't like the new version of the Unwritten video, prefer the book one (although it's a little ridiculous xD).
And The One That Got Away was such a great addition to the album, I LOOOOOVE this song so much! It was a b-side of one of her singles, wasn't it?

Oh, it works like that? So our PMs wont be intercepted and the contents checked? I always thought admins could do that.

But it's a UK CD single, although it's getting re-released in the US with a new cover and new tracks. Is it ok to upload it for the Downloads section?
