I wanted to ask this long time ago but I thought this must be an obvious question and you'll laugh at me so I have been searching by myself. Unfortunately, I still don't know it. I always thought it's Max Matsura but then I saw how he looks like and that was some other person...

He can be seen in so many making offs and concert backstage, now and in previous years. I saw him once making Ayu's hair, is he her hairdresser? If yes they seem to have more private relationship since he's always joking with her, playing with her dogs etc. Also the camera often makes close ups on his face that's why I thought at first that he's Matsura or someone as important as a producer (a director or sth).
