Help with A BEST copy

Hi I need some advice with this copy of A BEST that I found in amazon please
1) The picture of the album hasn't the "ayumi hamasaki A BEST" text
2) The picture isn't in the bootleg section of eneabba
3) The picture has the same A BEST mark as the postcards that came with the korean version
4) The postcards in the korean versions are vertical and this is horizontal
5) The same seller is selling this Secret copy, it has a sticker with the SM logo in it
6) I have a Duty album with a SM logo in it, I think it's legit because it came with all the avex stuff inside

The problem is... if the item isn't legit, I can't give it back to amazon

It's just the Korea version. SM = Big Korea music label. they manage BoA's Korean release ^.^

I dont think the seller has taken the actual picture of the A BEST album, instead he just search for any A BEST album on the net and just post it. As for the SM logo I think it's the korean version. Maybe u can ask the seller which version he's selling? If not u might get some versions other than pretty pony~pretty pony~pretty pony~ for that price. Why not try Cdjapan or Yesasia for the cd?
