Ayumi, along with Tetsuya Komuro, Sun Shu Pei, Kris Phillips, F4's manager, Alan Tam and Anita Mui, they will be the judges for the 4th Young Chinese Beauty Contest.

That's the same article as the one from Ayu-Jewel-Box.
It's actually the 'Beijing young Beauty Contest' so I take it its held in Beijing. There are about 5300 candidates from Beijing and over 20,000 candidates for the whole of China. With about a quarter of the candidates from Beijing already, it looks like its going to be held in Beijing.

There's no mention of the date so I don't know.

is tetsuya komuro a jrock artist? i might be thinking of some other tetsuya. i doubt alan tam would say anything . i think he's learned his lesson
