i had just read a scan of GUILTY's dedication page that said something about someone who did in 2007...1976-2007....who was this 31 year old person who died? and is this the person who untitled ~for her~ was written for?

Yes, it is.

And it is suspected to be Natsuki. She's credited in every Ayu album booklet ending with GUILTY.
