have anybody heard of chara?
she is 38 sth years old but voice like a truly doll!! really!
she has 2 kids
and has a collobration with m-flo in the cosmicolor album!

Well, I like her, though her voice is not for everyone. I LOVE Crazy for You and Tear drop. And the song with m-flo is great too)

I LOVE Chara. I wish she had a few more fans on here... I know Floppop.com has some Chara fans. Its amazing how a 40 year old chain smoker can sound like a 3 year old, lol.

i think it's because she is a 40 year old chain smoker than she sounds like a 3 year old. i'm not exactly a fan, but i did love the live version of "love to live by" with m-flo at the cosmicolor tour. definitely one of the best performances, although really they were all top notch

I saw her live on John Lennon tribute concert on December 2007 at Nippon Budokan and I really dont like her...she has talent but her voice is not for me really

hmmm... i agree... she's old! btw didnt it seems so squeaky sometime? she sang for nearly 20 years wz that sound while her true voice isnt like that!

I don't remember, it was 2 month ago and I didn't pay so much attention to her since I didn't enjoy her voice much (she is good but not for my tastes really), anyway she and all the other artists sang John Lennon songs

Thats what I always heard, but I can't honestly say I have ever seen her smoke so I could be wrong

But I do agree that when she is talking she sounds a bit manish, lol. The first time I heard her talk I had to do a double take and make sure it was really her

My favorite album from chara would be A Scenery like me it's Chara's A BALLADS type of album with new arregament and stuff, my favorite song from there is time after time, and did you guys know it's a cover of cindy's lauper time after time?
