since there are 2 more covers (besides for CD & CD+DVD) i've added those options in the poll. the only cover that has not been released yet is the CD+Qlix camera version, and when that gets released, i'll put it in the first post. for now, you can choose between CD only, CD+DVD, and CD+postcards.
