AYU endorsing TOKYO TOKYO???

I've seen a pic of ayu on this rice-all-you-can japanese fast food chain and i was soo amazed!!! Ayu in Philippines! So I immediately took a picture of the store and the privilege card where Ayu was. Do you think Tokyo tokyo used Ayu's pics without permission? Because I think Ayu really doesnt know about this one.

And I am sure that's Ayu because they are even playing her songs.

It is Ayu, but it's a picture from a mag scan from a little while back.
I doubt they have permission to use it o__O

hmmm.. We can't be sure if they have permission to use Ayu's photo...

Sadly, I can't see it because I'm in Davao.. But I hope my sister will let me go to Manila!!!hehehe

LoL. that fast food chain is stupid. the first time i saw that i was like... they cant do this, she's not the endorser for this chain. but i dont know. they got away with it...

i dont eat at tokyo tokyo since their food taste fake japanese. they're more of pinoy food looking like japanese food. XXDDDD

that was from 2002, when she got her hair flat straight. I also want that card!!! If they dont have permission and we report them, filipinos would no longer enjoy ayu's songs at tokyo tokyo lol

and if they do, i want a cm here in manila with AYU!!!!!!!!!

yes eating at tokyo tokyo is budget-friendly.

hmm...I can't enjoy ayu's songs there because I'm not in Manila, but it doesn't matter anywy. It was so long time ago.. And actually, I think they didn't copy ayu's face or the main photo because it's like edited or something...like animated???

It looks like the picture was re-touched on purpose to make it look like someone else...

But that's definitely Ayu. I have the serie of pictures from that photoshoot on my computer at home.

hm. i don't think magazine photoshoots are copy righted. even if they are. they are not protected by copy right outside japan... just like j-pop sharable here while us musics arent. iunno, persumably..
