swearing in her album songs? or concerts?
well if you look up her lyrics, you don't see cuss words
in concerts, she just ad-lib mostly...so no added cuss words there i think

Welcome to the forum.

However, this should be in Enquiries.

To answer your question, the closest she's gotten is probably with talkin' 2 myself

Kimi wa ittai nan ni obiete
Nani o sonna ni nageite iru?

ittai is kind of like what the hell? or what in the world?. That's probably what it means in this case. I think if Ayu was to scream it at us angrily though, then it could be taken as what the ****?!?!?!?

Strictly speaking, no. It has casual levels of speech which are akin to casual swearing in english, but... it's actually considered rude if you don't talk to your close friends like that, you know? Japanese "swears" aren't taboo or impolite the way they are in english.... there's just a time & place for them.

well, they do but very little. they would mostly say "baka" which means idiot. other than that if you don't speak formally to people who you are not close enough it's rude.

other cuss words (haha): "kuso" which means "****"
"yarou" means "rascal" and is also not very endearing ^_____^ you could aso say "kuso yarou" if you're really angry! >

ayu does not swear, no. she's too lady to do that. XD

I believe she says 'Hell' in Talkin' 2 myself. I don't know if you would consider that a swear word though.

Well I used to have a picture from a magazine photo shoot, were she wore a Hello Kitty shirt, and a big ring on her finger that said FU*K...
And I assume she knows the meaning of that word^^

^ You sure it might not have been F C U K? I don't think French Connection ever expanded past clothing, but thought it might have been a possibility

She doesn't really say "hell". Whoever translated that translated the word "ittai" as "(what) the hell" but that's just like saying "(what) on Earth".

Yup, I know about that brand. I'll see if I can find the picture.
It was taken outside, she sits on a car.

^ That picture makes me giggle all the time. She's smiling, all pretty, and then there's the ring with a vulgar word on it.

But yes, the answer's pretty much been answered. Aside from the possible translation from ittai to "what the hell/what on Earth," Ayumi doesn't seem to curse in her everyday speaking.

(I even asked this question a long time ago and received the same answer: no, Ayumi does not curse. )

(^ Ooh, I'm not saying, "There's already a topic! Go search for it next time!" I'm just stating my knowledge because of the thread I made long ago. )

Japanese fashion tends to include vulgarities for some reason, they likely don't know what it says =/

Don't need proof.

When she goes to parties or bars she is bound to swear.
