The Rock Music Thread~

I noticed that Rock Music is so underrated here and has no threads for it. So here's one!

So My Current Favorite Examples would be:

Three Days Grace
Bullet For My Valentine
Daughtry
The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus

So Discuss Rock Music! Because like, Noone does! Lol

Such a shame, isn't it?

My favourites'd be Deftones, Mudvayne, A Perfect Circle, Alexisonfire and a whole bunch of Jrock bands, too.

I don't listen to any of the new rock. My taste is mostly Alternative Rock or the 90's stuff.

Anyways, I like Mudvayne, A Perfect Circle, Oasis, Nirvana, Tantric, Jars Of Clay, Smashing Pumpkins, Ramstein, and some more.

I've only seen some Japanese Rock bands live in the US -
Psycho le Cemu, Camino (x2), Duel Jewel (x3), Dir en grey (x2), Kagrra,, Merry, miyavi, girugamesh, vidoll, MUCC, D'espairs Ray, alice nine., also got to see Yoshiki (X JAPAN/Violet UK) and Sugizo (Luna Sea) when they announced the formation of S.K.I.N. (Yoshiki, Sugizo, miyavi and Gackt's new band).

I feel very fortunate to have seen all of these bands here in the US. ^^

So, there is a general rock thread, I was looking for one, hehe.

I noticed there wasn't an individual thread for Green Day, and some other rock bands/groups that I like, so I guess I'll post here.

Anything new with Green Day, or linkin' park? Just wondering.

I havent listened to a lot of rock though lately...I'm into my dance music atm. Before Ayu, it was all I listened to though. I'm definitely an older rock type fan...a lot of the punk/pop new stuff is just...ew.

I don't listen that much to Western rock music nowadays, but back a few years ago, I liked:

Green Day, Maroon5, Simple Plan, Sum41, Creed, Moist, The Tea Party, Blink 182, and some others I can't think of right now.
