Help! Can't remember this artist!

She debuted with avex a while ago, and I remember people making fun of her looks. The title of her debut single had the word "puzzle" in it, in Japanese of course. Something..."tsubaki?" I can't remember her! >_<

puzzle is her 2nd single...kamizama no puzzle...that's her 2nd single...
i still hear her song, once a day or more...
i love shiro tsubaki, beni tsubaki a lot...
but unfortunately, she failed...looks like avex not continue releasing her stuff too...
