what's strange imo is that they use that picture. I'd think that they would promote it with the standard/regular picture with her hand at her side and crying. not the looking down one.

and why would they need to update a picture of shibuya? shibuya is shibuya... they change their pictures like every week in shibuya having a new picture wouldn't change the fact that it's shibuya
