Loading Speed of the Forum
Are you pleased with the loading speed of the forum? If you're not please explain why (sigs/avatars too big, layouts too complicated, etc.) so we can do our best to fix the problem. Thank you.

i am not very pleased with the loading speed of the forum. most of the time it loads pretty quickly but when i am trying to look at screen shots it takes forever & others that have huge signatures don't really help.

Screen shot topics have tons of pictures in there (I usually post 20-40 screenshots in a topic). There's nothing the forum can do to speed that up for you when we post a bunch of screen shots.

I just wanted to see if the forum in general is sluggish for people or if it loads ok (generally). If I'm going to a topic with a zillion pics it's understandable for it to take longer than a topic without pics.

I'm on 56k, but there generally isn't a problem. Unless I spend the summer on DSL and then come back and it seems really slow, but that's just my connection.

the forum loads generally fast for me. even the topics that have a lot pics in them load pretty fast. theres no problem.

it's good if I have all the pics, avatars, and sigs turned off. It's not as fast as an all-text message board I go to (gamefaqs), but it's nice to have the option of turing off the pics But then again I have dial-up at 56K, so that's probably why I have trouble with pages with pics on it

I'm using the Rainbow skin too! But that's not the point here of course, sorry ^_^

I'm pretty happy with loading time and all, never had any trouble with signatures or something. The only thing that sucks is when there's an awful lot of pics in a topic (screenshots) or something. Takes some time to load But still, I'm happy as can be!

It is loading for me pretty fast..Sometimes it has errors and shows a bunch of symbols but it still works fine after I refresh it.
