Vision Factory management?

I understand that Namie is under VF's management for tours and such so if someone uploaded her tour on youtube or something is avex allowed to have the videos pulled off for copyright infringement, because it may be distributed by Avex, but it was managed by VF...so help please?

Vision Factory is a subdivision of avex, so I suppose the answer to that would be yes.

Vision Factory is her management, unlike Rythm Zone, Vision Factory is not a sub label that belongs to avex trax.
Nami'e management is in Vision Factory but avex trax do all of her other stuff (where she works, making music, making and releasing her CDs, tours, everything) therefore they have 50% rights with her so they have the right to take down videos of her as well.
Hurting sales is hurting avex.

Not all artists under Visionfactory are with AVEX so VF is NOT related to AVEX at all...

management company means they will plan the schedule, cd release dates, tv appearances, and etc by namie's manager from VF who is Rika yasumoto. While avex focus on the promotion, the copyrights and other stuffs related to the cd/music.
