I really doubt this could affect her sales negatively, those are just ringtones, no one besides the hardcore fans will bother buying all of them, and the casual listeners might heard the musicO.jp CM, liked the song and decided to get that part as a ringtone which means they might potentially buy the single when it's out. And after so many singles that her PR team promoted I think they know what they're doing.
