What song should I use?

My history teacher told to us to create a video using any type of music or language using interesting lyrics with videos or images related to the lyrics.
I'm in doubt to use Ayu, probably I will be the only student to use a japanese song in my school. Well, it doesn't matter anyway. I don't know what song I use, because I want to show great lyrics and a nice song, even for people who have a prejudice for foreigner songs.
If I use one, my choices are:(my last options now)
- About you
- alterna
- Mirrorcle World
- Rule

What song do you think I must choose?
(You can say to me another choice too, but not a ballad or slow song.)

Well what's the assignment? Can't really help you if we don't know what the song is supposed to relate to.

Well, we must create a video, about a criticism, or happiness, or love, or sarcasm any type and put scenes or images related to the lyrics.

I think you could do something really creative with Marionette or alterna .

I think alterna is the best choice, since it's one of the catchiest there, has overall some of the best lyrics, and is one of the easiest on the ears (^^'). Marionette is a very close second, though, and maybe even tied. Mirrorcle World could be a good pick, too, but I don't think the lyrics are nearly as good as alterna or Marionette... And if I had to pick one song to definitely advise against, it would be Real me. That song can be very annoying and kinda odd to first-time listeners. D:

i think you should try mirrorcle world! its a very powerful song, and that should be better for you to find suitable images for your presentation.

its also a very good song so you might win some fans for ayu.

but all those songs you have are good choices. but itd be interesting to do a project about alterna. it has a lot to it imo.

Totally agree with this one.

Mirrorcle World is definitely great too, since the lyrics are incredible, and the music is quite diverse.

About You will keep your audience paying attention. And I love the lyrics. alterna is really boring IMO :/ if I wasn't into J-Pop and I heard that as my first J-Pop song I'd be turned off by it because it'd be so boring. (Yes, I'm biased toward that song XD Absolutely dislike it).

alterna for sure! About You's PV is dull, and the song isn't anything special. Everyone will be like "WTF" with alterna's PV and the song is rock and not too poppy (I think bubble-gum pop will turn off American kids). Mirrorcle World would also be good, but imo Ayu is a tad too over-dramatic and the PV wasn't shot all that well. Rule is 'meh' all around, and Startin' doesn't really show Ayu as an artist and I think people won't get it's a joke :/. I would pick alterna or something safe and well produced. Overall, pick something accessible to someone who has never heard j-pop

Just for remember, I'm going to show one of these songs in a video but not the PV or Ayu. I'm really in doubt to consider alterna or Mirrorcle World.
The following lyrics are GREAT but I will never show for classmates here because probably they will insult Ayu's voice. And I have to agree with them...-.-

Whoops, I should have read the first post better haha! If you're just playing a song.... RAINBOW! It's so pretty and peaceful, and I have friends that don't nessicarily love Ayu or J-Pop but love that song. I know it's a little quieter, but it's so lovely. If not, Mirrorcle World > alterna

but I think is more easy to do a video about "Mirrorcle World" than "alterna"
