Mizca has the same union top hat from Ayu's Rock'n'Roll Circus Cover
I've first heard about her few minutes ago, when I was watching some videos on youtube. She makes electronic music like Perfume/Vocaloids, her debut album will be out on 21.07.

She used to have a musical career under her real name Mitsuoka Masami (or MASAMI) but she didn't really go anywhere. She's pretty cute, I like her.

The hat is ugly though, and her outfit is tacky - but cute.
