So it's London. I hope she porduces some really good new music there
And I hope everyone gets a chance to meet her. If anyone would be so nice to maybe give her a letter from me it would make me really happy

Edit: Omg I could fly to london and back to germany for 40€? Uhm....maybe I should try it!

I'll be there next Saturday, maybe Sunday too. It isn't nearly as cold here as it was last time, so hanging around should be much more bearable.

Which Airpot is recommended for a flight to London and are there any experiences of AHS members where to stay (hotel?). It would be good to have Ayu's hotel nearby.

Heathrow. You can get a tube straight from the airport, get off at St. Pancras and the Hotel Ayu should be staying at is just a 25 minute walk or you can get the tube and there's a budget hotel Premier Inn just near St. Pancras too.

^^ I'd recommend either Gatwick or Heathrow, you can sometimes get cheaper flights that fly into Stanstead though.

As for hotels i'm not really sure, central London can get very expensive. If you want one near ayu's hotel you'll probs be looking at around £60+ a night at the cheapest i reckon.

Premiere Inn wants about 310.00 pounds for two nights at London Euston hotel LOL. If I add the flight costs I am at around 420.00GBP + food and tickets for subway/taxi. Three days in UK for over 500,00€ is way too much. I need to find a cheaper way to have a bed for the few nights im staying, QUICKLY D:

Edit: 300.00GBP for everything would be OK.

For hotels, there are reasonable priced (for London) Travelodge's and Premier Inn's near Euston station. It's a convenient location for King's Cross and all that. It would be about a 20 minute walk, or a couple of tube stops to the Langham Hotel from there.

I've stayed at both before, and would recommend them.

EDIT: and there's also a hostel on Pentonville Road, if you're on a budget: http://www.hostelworld.com/hosteldet...65?sc_sau=sfab

If I can convince my parents, I'll go too. =D
How high are the chances to meet Ayu if you're only going 1 (well half) day? =o

Someone should think about giving Ayu a CD with the sleeper/spaceborn remix of from your letter from the 2008 AHS Remix Contest on it. I seriously could see her performing that version live someday and it would be epic. It was such a beautiful autumn day here today, when getting in my car and thinking of what to listen to on my way to work, this song came to mind. It fits the autumn season perfectly.

Actually, a single CD of fan mixes would be a great way to evolve the "A WORLD IS ONE" movement. But it would have to be the HIGHEST quality mixes. Just an idea. But if there is only one fan mix that needs to be heard by Ayu and her team, it's definitely that one!

I agree with this. There's a lot of high quality stuff that comes out of AHS. (and even DJ Amaya hangs around here sometimes.) I think Ayu would really like some of the remixes.

And I love reading the few lucky fan's experiences, especially when they come in at the time they're happening. (yay for internet connection!)

Good luck to those who are going! (and, of course, give her lots of love to represent the rest of us!)
