What songs do you listen to when you need to CRY
I think everyone has those songs they listen to when they feel sad, or need to cry a bit, for me it's music that lets me feel my emotions I keep bottled up all day long
The songs that are currently fitting those characteristics are

I have several songs for sadness it depends, like taking medication pills I can't even mention which ones but when I do need to cry that song popped in my mind, it could be a song or a simple instrumental.

When I went through my last breakup(bad) I used to listen to a lot of MCR, Saosin, and Senses Fail. I know haha, but it helped. Here are some alternates I listened to:

Immediate- "Serenata Immortale"

It's an orchestral piece with only choir vocals but the music evokes such a sense of desperate longing that I can't help but cry.
