Also I would have made of her mini-albums single releases, so the last 15th anniversairy release will be a full album with these single songs included. (I am hoping she will do that anyway, because I love her recent releases but I can't afford them.)

I would just call the mini-albuns as "singles" and everything would be settled

I would have been happy to make the two mini albums and the Classical one, although I would have advertised the tracklist vote being as such.

Release 1 - LOVE
Mini album released as is

Release 2 - again
Mini album released as is

Release 3 - A CLASSICAL ~15 years for you~
Compilation album compiled after TA votes for their top songs
Each TA member gets to pick 3 songs - all songs that receive over 1500 votes get included

Release 4 - NEW BEGINNING
14th album with 12 tracks. Contains new recording of A Song For xx, M, an alternative arrangement of the new "trilogy".

Release 5 - Fifteen
15th album, called "Fifteen", with 15 tracks. Comes with a makeup case that will fit a copy of all the albums released in the "5 release project"

Then I would have her tour Asia for 5 concerts in different cities and in Japan only run half her regular Japan tour in big venues, and then run the rest of her regular tour time doing intimate gigs with ~1000 fans in smaller venues across Japan.
