AHS Remix Contest 2015

Carefully read the entire announcement before entering.

Description

• To make a new, original remix of an Ayumi Hamasaki song. Any Ayu song or remix style is acceptable.
• The remixes must not be simply combinations of previously released official tracks, 'non-stop mega mix' versions, or the like. Any other kind of mix or re-working of an Ayu vocal is acceptable.
• Previously released fanmixes are not eligible.
• This contest is about new, original remixes. You can't just combine parts of various songs (from Ayu or anyone else) to make an entry. Samples are okay but the mix must consist mostly of new material.
• Sixteen official vocal tracks will be provided here.
• You are not restricted to using the 16 official vocal tracks. You can remix any Ayu song.

Submissions

• Multiple entries per person are allowed, but only one remix per song will be accepted. For example, you can submit a SEASONS remix and a kanariya remix, but you cannot enter 2 SEASONS remixes.
• To enter upload your mp3 to a hosting site and PM (private message) the links to AHS Staff. Do not send your entry to any other staff email or PM address. If you do not know how to use free hosting sites please ask for help.
• Please include the name of your remix when you PM the entry.
• Entries must be as anonymous as possible. DO NOT upload your entry on any sites or forums until after the contest is over.
• The deadline for submissions is 5:00 PM EST 18 April 2015.

Judging

• The entries will be judged by the AHS initiates in a poll.
• Each AHS member is allowed to place only one vote per poll.
• The voting will begin on or about 18 April 2015.

Prize

• The winner will receive their choice of any Ayumi Hamasaki CD or DVD in stock at YesAsia.

Disclaimers and Rules

• The voting should be based on the merits of the entry only, and not on the person who made it. Entrants should NOT identify their work until after the voting thread is closed. This means that you can't tell your friends which entry is yours. If you try to influence another person's vote by disclosing the identity of any entry you will be ineligible to vote in this contest and if the rulebreaker is a participant their entry will be disqualified.
• The winner will have to provide us with a valid shipping address when it is time to send the prize.
• The prize shall not be exchangeable for money/cash.
• The deadline for submissions is 5:00 PM EST 18 April 2015.
• We regret that any late entries will not be accepted.
• DO NOT CHEAT. The AHS staff reserve to right to nullify any vote or entry that we consider suspicious for any reason.
• AHS staff may enter but they are not eligible to win the prize.
• AHS's decision shall be final and appeals shall not be entertained.

Yes, I was sick the last 2 days and just forget to upload my remixes in this case

I hope AHS will bring back karaoke tournament again. There are just a few members that can do remixing. But I believe many members here can sing.

True. I searched the old contests and I saw the AHS Karaoke Contest. That seemed really fun. It would be nice to have another round. By the way, does anybody has download links for the entries?
