Rimi Natsukawa's 'Nada sou sou' reminds me of Ayu's 'Theme of A-Nation '03'

Basically what the title says! I just stumbled across Rimi Natsukawa's 2001 song 'Nada sou sou' and parts of it remind me of Ayu's 'Theme of A-Nation '03'! Mostly the vocal melody reminds me of Ayu's song, as well as the themes in the lyrics! Particularly the way Rimi kicks off the vocals at 00:29 seconds into the music video:

well..it's classic Japanese melody...there will be similarity..but I don't hear much similarity between them...pretty different IMO

That song is beautiful. And I can hear the similarity with ayu's song. But the rest is pretty much different.

Lol, people always have to make a point that it's different. Really, isn't it enough to acknowledge the similarities? After all, you just said it "reminds" you of Ayu's song...
