As a tl;dr, Ayu vague-blogged about a huge drama, and later photos of Sou, a gym trainer who has been in her staff for a long time, were erased and reuploaded with him edited/photoshopped out from her IG. Later on, photos of Risato were also deleted. In addition to this, Sou's wife announced their divorce not too long after.

Later on, there were some news reports about Miccie and Sou being involved in some real estate scam in Japanese media as well, and that they'd used Ayu's name to be trusted by people, but they'd all lost money in the end?... the full story never really came out, and although Risato was never named in an article iirc, since they left at the same time a lot of people assume that it's about Miccie, Sou, and Risato specifically.

There's no evidence this is about other dancers, or Ayu's relationship.

I can only find very little about it and what I can find is anything but confusing

Nothing else - the staff who were removed are still removed. There were a few articles around that time reporting on some kind of financial fraud going on with one of Ayu's staff but they've since disappeared, and we've had no other comments really.

It seems they're meant to be a part of the lyrics set she's been sharing, since on IG they're shared in the same format as the other quotes (text only, purple background). But I'm basing my assumption entirely off of that

Had no idea about this haha, the forum doesn't really get active about this stuff at all anymore it seems....

Sucks for Miccie especially but I don't have sympathy if he's a scammer - ayu pushed him a lot to make a name for himself, giving him lyrics and an opener at her concerts as well. I guess she reconciled somewhat with Timmy as well? iirc he was into Covid denial and weird stuff after he left the troupe.

Yeah, most of the activity on the international fandom side is in discord these days. I mostly check the forum to delete spambots

It seems like Ayu sold her face to one of those tacky A.I. apps. That’s disappointing. People really don’t know that while they don’t keep your own photos in the database, they are allowed to use the end results in whatever way shape or form they want. Those avatars are really creepy looking too….She would have been better off to just share someone’s fanart instead.

I was so disappointed when I saw her post these. all this time I'd thought that she didn't see the appeal or something; turns out she was simply late to an awful trend.

I expect more than that, considering that even A BALLADS 2 sold 10K first week.
