Hanabi, Kanariya, Sotsugyoushashin....

What do these Ayu songs mean in english?

Hanabi
Kanariya
Sotsugyoushashin

also is the song Hana for the name Hana or does it mean something in japanese?

and also again...I was thinking...since Ayumi can't speak english...do u think to choose song titles she finds random words from an english dictonary or do people help her with titles?

Hana means flower, and Hanabi mean flower watching, usually referring to the cherry blossoms... I think kanariya, kanari means canary... just a sec I'll do my research

*edit: she flies higher is right, I mixed up... hanami is flower viewing and hanabi is fireworks

Alot of Japanese 'try' to speak English but most of them can't - English is just too different from Japanese..

Actually... no!

I only figured well I'm 100% chinese, and I don't have any serious problems with english. Besides, english is gettin' everywhere nowadays, it's only natural that people can speak basic english... right? ... right? ... maybe wrong...

But even if she doesn't know english she wouldn't just go pick some random words outta a dictionary right...? That'd be so wrong...

I didn't think that Ayumi could speak English.I know she can say a few things in English and I thought that was about it.

she probably thinks what she wants the song to be in japanese, then translates it She probably knows some English, but it's not really beneficial to her career to learn more... unless she's planning on breakin out in the west!

PS Does Ayumi know any Chinese? since she goes to china and taiwan some times I though maybe she picked up a bit of Mandarin... that would be cool...

ooooh in the 5 seasons commercial thing .. she said the company's name in mandarin i think!! at least i think it was her ... it sounded pretty accurate and good!!

and when she came to hk .. and did this interview thing .. she also said some cantonese "hello i'm ayumi hamasaki" ... as well as when she was on the stage .. and she was late .. she was like "sorry i had to make everyone wait"

it was so kawaii!

I have that HK video, but I don't understand Cantonese-only Mandarin. I've tried downloading her 5 Seasons CMs, but they take SOOOOO long.

I remember seeing that on TV, much better pronounciation than her boyfriend from TOKIO...(TOKIO was guest for some HK Music award once and they had to introduce themselves in Chinese, I couldn't understand them...)

Ayu's Cantonese is pretty impressive I must say, having to learn those lines properly in such a short amount of time.
