Does Ayu wins in 130 million people choose best artist?

I wonder does she really wins it....coz you know....at MUSIC FAIR...she got the highest rating:10.4%!!!

No...she resigned from the competition cause she didnt want to win...and those people made a 'mistake' and said that she never resigned...

You've made a mistake. Ayu resigned Japan Cable Award and Japan Record Award, but not 130 million best artist. But in fact 130 million choose best artist is not an award for precision
