I got these in AYUNITE forum and i wanna share w/ all of you...it said that ayu STILL THE BEST J-POP seller in S'PORE....MY STORY sold out 10,000 copies there....GOOD SIGN RITE?

10,000 is great, considering the size of the local market. Mine is one of these! Although, after close examination, the Japanese version is better beccause the MY STORY logo isn't distorted. I hate distorted things.

They misspelled Otsuka Ai's surname. How typical. Did this appear in the Straits Times? I swear, ever since it had the makeover the quality of the spellcheckers died and went to hell with the old image.

Actually, 10,000 is a very good number. If you sold that much in Hong Kong, Taiwan, then you're automatically considered one of the best selling artists.

i am afraid that's not true

in hong kong, one platinum is 20,000 copies for foreign albums, and 30,000 for a chinese album. 10,000 isnt even a platinum yet.
and the german pop band 'trademark' sold 2x platinum with their debut album in hong kong.

so selling 10,000 isnt so good in hong kong
