It's just another way to romanize...like chi=ti, even if it isnt phonetic(?).

I think masa made a mistake from typing too fast or something .. not all romaji is 100% when typed out. I've seen a lot worse But masa is good

Actually, masa and Jimmy are right. There are several different systems of Japanese-English romanization. The one most common in English-speaking countries is probably the Hepburn System (which writes しゃ as "sha", and ちゃ as "cha", etc.), while there is also the Japanese National System (which writes しゃ as "sya", and ちゃ as "tya").

It's realtively simple to read the differences in Japanese, whichever system you use. But when you get into romanizing Korean... everyone's screwed.

The third line there is a little awkward in English. Something along the lines of "wasn't very much, " "was very little," or "was only a small part." It's very hard to make a line that works there, especially while looking at the Japanese lyrics. Your translation is a very literal translation of that line, but it just doesn't work very well in English. Hmm....
