Well if you go on bestiz.net, and click the third one down (W-Miss) And listen to it these girls look and sound like they came from Morning Musume...
Are they?

They used to be in MoMusu. They graduated awhile ago and formed W. That's their new single, 'Miss Love Tantei.'

As dokidokisuru said, they used to be in Morning Musume. Their names are Ai Kago and Nozomi Tsuji.

Graduations (i.e. a girl leaving the group) play a large role in the Morning Musume universe. Every year or so, a member will graduate from the group to persue different ventures. Sometimes these ventures are outside of the entertainment business, but usually, the graduating member stays within the Hello! Project (the larger operation Morning Musume is a part of) fold. Special concerts are held to commemorate the graduation.
This past year has seen a larger number of graduations than usual. In the case of Tsuji & Kago, they left the group to concentrate on their own unit, as mentioned by dokidokisuru.

Morning Musume is more like a "start off" on other music careers. Like Rika Ishikawa left a couple months ago to continue with a group call Biyuuden (sp?) They have a choice to leave and do something else like Kaori Iida did after their 1st single after their 6th album. She became a soloist. Unlike Kei Yasuda (sp?) She usually only appears on concerts and I think sometimes on Hello! Morning.
