Do you often cry when you listen to AYU?

This is for fans who haven't seen ayu perform or personally
^^.. well fro me whenever i listen to her songs in my travels i always cry whenever she sings.. especially DEREAST! it really is emotional! on the first years when i knew ayu... those years when i don't know how to speak/write/ and understand nihongo/japanese... i already shared my tears w/z her songs! even though you can't understand her lyrics.. you'll really feel how emotional the song she is singing! ^^ and now (ofcourse!) i 've been listening to jpop straight for 6 years now (im 18!) and can now understand her lyrics! still i shed my tears whenever i sing her songs (*the emotional ones*)
I also cry whenever i see Ayumi perform live... cos i'm only there in front of my TV and seeing her perform.. i enevy those people watching her inside the stadium/arena... T___T [do u guys feel the same way? O_o] i also cried when i was dancing the trauma dance in front of the Tv... i just can't take it! i want to be with ayu! i feel like im her #1 fan although there are lots of people who feel the same as iam! >_<
now am excited that my parents are planning to transfer me in JAPAN to study nihongo and get my job there! ^_____^[oh my god im so happy at the same time excited!] i will now get to see Ayumi-chan!!!! T___T yorokobi! ^___^ i just can't expres my feelings when i heard that i'm going to be there after this year! it would be a pleasure! i will always update you guys with her news and everything in JAPAN! haha! anyway! i hope you guys be a special and always keep stuck with Ayu's music! ^____^ ganbatte!! ja matte ne! just wanna share what i'm feelign right now! thanks to AHS! w/out AHS i wouldn't have known ayu alot~! ^___^
DAISUKI AYUMI HAMASAKI SAN! ^_______^ AISHTERU!

PS:
sorry for my bad english T______T i tried hard for making a long thread nyahha! ^____^

haha... first to reply again... makes me envious of you! i cry when she sings at times too... although not that much if not my parents might think i am crzy and ban me from anything related to ayu... plus although i am a girl, i don't like crying that often...

but yeps, nonetheless, i do cry at some emotional parts.. i think this is some kind of bond between ayu and us that only we fans would know

mmmh... cry, not exactly, but she makes me feel.... and that's much for me...

She makes me feel like... mmmh... sad maybe when I listen to Is This Love? or Because Of You and now, listening to Heaven, well... it may jerk a tear or two he he he...

Before... mmh... she made me feel active when I'd listen to Evolution and moved when I'd listen to Love ~Destiny~

I can really feel what she tries to express on every song.

Is that so? I thought it was just an assumption on the part of fans and Ayumi doesn't really acknowledge that stuff much.

On a side note, your font reminds me of mIRC. XD

It takes alot to make me even shed a tear so no, I haven't cried while listening/watching Ayu. However, I can feel emotions when hearing her sing; sometimes happy, sometimes sad.

Well...same with me..the first song i got REALLY sad and cried at was "CAROLS"...although some people didn't even FEEL ANYTHING from that song...
And i didn't even understand any japanese then!!!
Now i am SO devoted to her lyrics.
And lucky you...going to Japan like that >_>;; keep in touch with AHS!
Maybe eventually someday maybe we can meet Ayu together!! (if ever for me >_>;; )

o_O The first time I watched CAROLS, (before I started obsessing about Ayu) I felt horribly bored into 40 seconds and skipped it. YES, I SKIPPED IT. Now I watch it and I think "yeah, its ok, Ayu's face looks weird..".. I dont cry listening to Ayu the closest form of sadness is probably while watching HEAVEN and listening to NO WAY TO SAY..

That's because i am VERY different.
If you take time, and really concentrate on the song, theres little tunes in the background that sets the mood for the song.
Try listening to it again, the way Ayumi uses her voice and such
It really takes an impact of how you feel about the song
^ Ans P.S., sinking into the moon was EXTREMELY sad.
(NOT SINKING MOON! the moon isn't sinking, Kagari is! XD, no offence, everyobe does that)
anyway, that was the saddest movie i ever saw...reminds me of someonei know..

OF COURSE I REALISED THOSE TUNES. Who doesnt! STEP YOU, EVOLUTION, IS THIS LOVE, FAIRYLAND all has some music that is unlistenable unless you concentrate! I think CAROLS was taken in Disneyland, the carousel looks identical! I dont cry to any songs nowadays, I'm probably just heartless and evil.. MWAHAHAHA!!!

that's what happen to me when I listen to Dearest!!

hey, I also ever cry when I heard TO BE...it was when I have big fight with my family, and I just feel like unneeded...then I turn on my radio and 'twas TO BE...and I just shed tears away!! I can't believe that and I don't even know why! Until I read the translations!

and this quote really hooked me up!

"Because you were there, I'm always laughing.
Because you were there, I was always laughing. I was crying. I was living.
If you're not there, there's nothing."

oooh!! I'm so touched by this songs!
Like...this phrase really implies that my thoughts are wrong! It really makes me have more...courage! more reason to live on...well...that's just my experience....

Yeah I've cried a couple times just because I was so emotional and Ayu's music just seems to speak to me in these types of moments. I just got my copy of "HEAVEN" and finished listening to it and I can't help but be so emotional... no song has ever left me like this but there is something so beautiful and special about "HEAVEN" that I just can't pinpoint. I love it even more that it came out exactly on my birthday. Thank you Ayu.
