Ayumi Working Out

Does anyone think Ayu work's out? I seen a lot of pictures of her eating and it seems like she LOVES food. But she is so slim and she doesn't dancing really so I was wondering does she ?

Although she doesn't dance much, I'm sure (especially around tour time) she gets a lot of exercise via performances, PV shoots (some more than others, obviously), and etc. (Even shopping)

As for the food, it certainly does look like she loves it, but it also makes for great poses. For all we know Ayu might not eat that much in her off time.

yeah i think so too~ i tihnk she works out more before tours and PV's

i remembre in an episode of Heyx3 with bobby she said that she goes to a private gym

hmmm i think she does the work out.you can see from her toned arms and wide ..(down the neck ..i forget the english lol >_<) n if you see closely she's got two-pack hehehhee... nice belly button

i dont think she is that slim...in other words...she is slim but nice...she looks nice with everything she wears...
ayumi's not skinny!! many people who know fashion knows that skinny aint like that

I just said she was slim as in Fit. Not like boney or anything.

She probably doesn't need to work out...haha, she burns off enough calories and such doing all these photoshoots/tours/promotions/etc.

hmm.. guess she goes to gym when she's free or smthg? or perhaps she'll do workout at home while practising her songs or smthg.

I was thinking the same thing, she probably has a personal trainer to help her get fit for rehearsals and tour.

no matter what, all artistes will have someone to take care of them. so i agree with the point that there is a personal trainer for ayu!

she talked about this once i think...she said she goes to a gym in the middle fo the night when its empty i think. does anyone else remember hearing this?

Well, you have to be fit and healthy to be able to do 26 two hour full-on concerts...

Plus the dietary intake in Japan is quite healthy. It is very rare to see 'fat' people in Japan, and most of the time you see Ayu eating simple Japanese food. I've definately heard her say that she goes to a gym, but it's probably the same case with all Japanese/Asian artist.

I think that Ayumi only recently began to work out (around the 'fairyland' time through her last tour). However, I think if she's still working out, she's lightened out the exercises. It could be for her own enjoyment or to keep up with the younger group of girls out there who do dance a lot more.

Anyways, Asian countries aren't as healthy as they were before with the introduction of more fast food and snacks into the area (additionally, skinny doesn't necessarily mean healthy). However, I think perhaps high metabolism is more common (my mother at that age didn't weigh more than 90 lbs and even now she's only 110 lbs, whereas I'm 102 lbs)

i think she does work out... during the fairyland period, ayu keeps wearing top that would show her tummy... n u could clearly c her six pack!! not so outstanding but its obvious... try watching any fairyland performance in july 2005 or the a-nation performance...
