I need a 150+ dpi scan of the jewel case back of the CD-ONLY VERSION of "Memorial address". I do plan on using it for my site. Thanks to whoever can help!

jewel case = the plastic case cds come in. I've gotten in the habit of saying that so that people don't just scan the back if it sealed with the obi & everything (or for cds that have slide boxes, i don't want that). I need the insert that's put in the tray. Like this:

But the CD-only version instead of the CD+DVD.

Pretty much the same, but the CD tracklist is down by where the DVD tracklist would be.
