I can't believe a thread hasn't been made for her XD So I wanted to make one for her.....

Eight weeks after the birth of her second child, Spears filed for divorce from Federline, citing irreconcilable differences.

Well there's a lot to her than just that...

Anyway, lately we have been hearing for the news and magazines that Brit has been hanging with Lindsay and Paris right? The media as well as (some) parents have been bashing Brit for hanging around them, for her late night partying, for not taking care of her children like a responsible mother should and among other things. They are are also saying that they are having a very bad influence on young girls and as well as teens these days......

IMO, that's a load of crap!!! I mean, parents have the power to turn off the tv and so on. For the media and the parents to blame Brit, Paris and Lindsay for stuff like that is crazy. I don't care for Paris at all because of her rascist remakes and among other things.......

But to get to my point, what do you guys think about it?????

well, i used to like her, back when she was the U.S.'s biggest pop star...but i started hating her after Toxic came out... but to be more on topic, i dont think she's a bad mother or anything, but i do think she should act a bit more mature. and about the bad influence on girls, i dont think she is at all...how many 13 year old girls do yu see/hear of going to late-night parties and nightclubs without being fully dressed?

My ffriend Lauren is 13, she goes out and gets drunk at parties not fully dressed all the time. so do most the other 13 year old girl i know, even some 11 and 12 year olds.

To say, these arent the girls that like Britney though. They liked ehr when they were young, but now likeCiara, and all this Hip Hop ******** that killed America. These are the girls that think Koda Kumi is pretty, because shes a *****. All these girls literally lost their virginity at 11-12 years old.

I used to like her, it was my favourite singer during the 1998~2000 era, before J-Pop in 2004, I still hear some of her songs [I'm a slave 4 U, Overprotected, Me Against the Music...], but I don't respect her anymore because of what she's doing right now!

She destroyed ALL HER LIFE by herself, it's unbelievable O____O
She was so famous, so loved by everyone, then she wanted to proove she wasn't a lolitta anymore, that she became an adult!
And there she sank in the 'dirty' image she still has =/
Not that I say she hasn't the right to do what she wants, she can drink, have 3 babies at the same time, marry and divorce 10 times a year, medias don't influence me by that way!
However, I hoped she kept releasing good songs from time to time, not those long breaks and coming back with an 'ok' material, it was deception after deception v__v

I hope she'll reborn again and I'm still waiting for good songs =)

Britney.... i don't think her real comeback will ever happen. She is a train wreck as people say. People use to make rumors up about her and call her names. Now all those rumors came true in the future and she is living up to most names. Britney was almost bigger than Madonna and got Madonna's attention. Madonna ,even had her MUSIC album's release date pushed back to not compete with Britney's "OOPS I DID IT AGAIN". Britney was so damn powerful back then. It seems her rise went down after she cheated on Justin Timberlake. The public view of her changed and her popularity went up but fans left her.
She doesn't hang out with Paris as much as she use to. They say she is trying to get her life together and image back. Her execs had a meeting with her. Clean up or your gone! and she is cleaning up!

I think she has ever had the dirty image, whatever she does, you just have to go to youtube an search for "britney spears parody", and saw what people think of her :S So sad

i really hope her next album isnt the crap that Britney Spears and In the Zone was...i hope its meaningul, organic music..i'll buy it if i know it is

I used to really like her -I loved the Britney album for a while. But then I kinda went off her, she still has some good songs (Touch of My Hand, that one Moby produced and the Outrageous remix on the greatest hits CD) but I never listen to her anymore. After getting in jpop, I got into music more and it made me realise...well her vocals aren't great (though I do think she has a voice in there - check out that clip of her on some talent show when she was 8. Where did that voice go?) and it kinda bugged me that she mimed so much. When I saw her she did 2 songs live, which didn't bug at me at the time. But look at Namie! And BoA (OK BoA did lip sync a couple of songs on her L&H tour but most of it was her live and she danced). Namie & BoA prove you can sing and dance. So yeah I think jpop maybe raised my standards a bit, so that's why I'm not really a fan anymore, though she's still a great dancer!

I am really hating her image right now, that's really put me off.

I hope she never comes back, I use to be a fan, but now I can't stand her at all. To be honest I think she deserves what comes her way.

Anyway, i'm nut a fan of Spears. Though i would love to shake her spears. But i'm quite lookin' forward to her new album comin' out this year! I think it's gunna be sweet!

Yeah I want to biggest comeback of the century lol If she needs get rid of all that baby fat she'll probably have a big comeback. I think a lot of people Brit for her shape and fitness.

I don't think she desevers all the things that's happening to her...well a little of but everyone makes mistakes so I think she should get a second or third chance.

I don't like britney spears; but I really like the production-team that create her image and music. hate her or love her, her music and videos are always well-produced.

I think she'll have the lowest selling comeback album in history, lol. Can't wait to see her go against Kylie on the world charts. I know who's comeback album will sell better.

^I don't know. We need to hear the music first. It could turn into another Emancipation of Mimi with the right producers. And she has a huge fanbase. And yes, I am laughing while I type this.

On a more negative note, Kevin Federline 2.0 (or Isaac Cohen) has dumped Britney Spears over a long-distance phone call. It was confirmed by his publicist. Tsk, tsk, tsk...

I was obsessed with Britney up until In the Zone, then my love for her seemed to fade day by day. "Britney" was a wonderful album and I hoped that her future style would have the maturity of that album, but it never happenned. In the Zone had some wonderful singles (Toxic and Me Against the Music) but possibly some of the worst album tracks EVER. It was a complete disappointment in my eyes. Now she's become another media icon that's trashy and washed-up.
