Who covered it?

I think that you all know Sweetbox.
And on her her album Addicted are some songs Ayu (at least the music, not the lyrics) has too!:

Beautiful Girl (a.k.a Beautiful Day)
Bold & Delicious
In The Corner
Ladies Night
Pride
Every Step (Rainy Day)


So know my question:

Did Sweetbox cover Ayu's songs? Or did Ayu covered the songs of Sweetbox?

Ayu was interested in SWEETBOX music. She asked her staff to ask the band if they could write some music for her, or something. After some time, when she already forgot about it, she was given a tape from GEO of SWEETBOX with songs to try out. She recorded the songs with her own lyrics - these songs were originally meant for the Addicted album, yet Ayumi managed to release her versions earlier.

In the end, it's Ayumi doing covers of SWEETBOX songs.

Sweetbox are the original creators of the music.(Geo of sweetbox) Geo sent a demo tape to ayu and than ayu picked the songs she wanted to do but tweaked them or to some made them better. She used her own lyrics.

I think ayu did the "covers" cuz she likes sweetbox.

I call them "covers" cuz all ayu used was the music and because ayu's CD came out first even though a demo tape was already made.
