What do you think of Kingdom?

So I know there's a tonne of polls for Kingdom already but I want a proper one not based on single songs...
I wanna know what everyone thinks about it...
Comparing it with her last album "Black Cherry" and her other albums..
Through music quality, singing quality and whatnot....

Personally I haven't anticipated Kuu's album like this for so long...
Black Cherry was basically all released and I wasn't keen on buying it..
So I didn't... When Kingdom info was released I knew I had to buy it...
Cause Kuu's 2007 singles have been really good and its heading in the right direction..
Moving back towards her post-Best styles and quality.. =)

The album tracks were really pleasing..
Especially Himitsu & MORE!
I heard Black Cherry at the tour and it was abit meh.. not as powerful as the Introduction.. It lost its impact..
But still very good, its such a hot beat!!

Though Kingdom is way better than Black Cherry, it still has some weak material on it, as a kumi fan since dawn of history (well since starting listening to jpop which she brought me to) I really would like her to go back releasing high quality material (like full high quality album material) like grow into one, BEST ~ss~ and secret.
feel my mind was like the Black Cherry of that era, but as Kingdom's better I hope that the next albums will be more solid and with better materials.
That's what I think.

I think its SO SO AWESOME but I wouldn't say (yet) that its the BEST in a while.

I love the album more than black cherry. The only single I really really liked was Yume no Uta/Futari de.. (4 hot wave was good but it's something skip and not buy) Kingdom on the other hand, I love all the singles from 2007!

I liked the Black Cherry singles better than the Kingdom singles but the Kingdom album tracks were better than Black Cherry's. As a whole, I like Kingdom more since I think Black Cherry has more filler material (i.e. GO WAY!!, Twinkle, WON'T BE LONG ~Red Cherry~ or whatever it's called)

.....So.......It´s a beautiful job from Kumi^^ I really enjoyed the ballads this time and every music seems to have this "appealing" ^^

Ok so it came to my mind what's keeping Kingdom from being the best or one of the best albums of kumi.

The album is just lacklustre, it has a fair amount of good songs on it but the album isn't powerful as her past albums (exclude Black Cherry and feel my mind which are worse cases). That's why Kingdom isn't best-ed by most people, or almost everyone.

I have mixed feelings. Overall it was pretty nice, but for every single track on there I got bored with it half way through. Every song seemed to just repeat itself for 5 minutes and I'd have to go to the next one. :/ So I dunno. I chose the 3rd option though.

I think it's a huge step-up from BC which, imo, was just all over the place. She's had horrible album tracks even in her early days (affection is still my least favorite of hers) but at least these album tracks actually have substance.

The only thing I don't like about this album is that it has "(Ayu) Secret Syndrome)". Great tracks, great theme, but it feels SO short. I keep waiting for it to keep going, but nope, that's it, we're done, pack up and go home. I'd rather have had her make a couple more great tracks then do all those PVs.

I really think it's a great album, not her best, but A LOT better than Black Cherry I'm pretty satisfied with this year's releases

well since I recently got into Kuu and of the few albums I have of her I have to say I prefered Black Cherry more, but this album will grow eventually
