i cancelled an order, and I would like to know when is going to be refund the amount of money that the order cost.

I cancelled an order a few months ago and they don't refund my money, but i could buy something else with that money on their site

So that means that as the order has been cancelled, the code that the bank has athorizated will expire in 7-14 days and my money will be again useful?

well, I canceled an order in December and YA sent the money back to my paypal account.

This type of question should be directed to the people at YesAsia.

That means that they didn't charge you.

Online sites usually don't charge your credit card until they ship the items

If you don't get your money back, you can always file the dispute with your credit card company. The credit card company will then handle the situation for you.
