　１月上旬自身の会員制サイトで、左耳の突発性内耳障害の症状が悪化し、「左耳が聞こえなくなっている」と 告白してから３か月。３月１６日に東京・赤坂ＢＬＩＴＺでＴＢＳ系「ＣＤＴＶ×Ｓａｃａｓ！」の公開収録に 参加。同３１日にはフジテレビ系「ＨＥＹ！ＨＥＹ！ＨＥＹ！　生のお台場春一番スペシャル！！」生放送に無 事出演したものの、コンサートは２時間以上の長丁場。無事にライブができるか心配する声も多か った。

　ファンを心配させないためなのか、それとも状態が回復しているのか―。この日、左耳について触れることは なかった。左右両方のイヤーモニターのずれを直すシーンは何度かあったが、歌声やダンスには全く影響を見せ ず。ステージ上を駆け回り８日発売の新曲「Ｍｉｒｒｏｒｃｌｅ　Ｗｏｒｌｄ」などを披露。パフォーマンスで ファンの懸念を吹き飛ばした形だ。

　とはいっても、１０周年を記念するツアーの初日。無事に終えた安心感からか、ラストでは思わず涙を流す場 面も見せた。

　この日は、約１万２０００人を前に、のっけから「行くぜ、代々木！！カモンッ！！」とエンジン全開。左耳 の話題には一切触れなかったが、左耳のイヤホンモニターを何度もつけ直しながら「今、一生懸命イヤモニ付け てんの。付けたら次行くから。マイクとイヤモニの長さが合わない」などと語ったり、左耳に手を当てて会場の 声を聞く姿を見せるなど、遠回しにファンに“大丈夫”とアピール。途中、右耳のイヤモニを何度か確認しつつ 、１０周年記念日となる８日発売の新曲「Ｍｉｒｒｏｒｃｌｅ　Ｗｏｒｌｄ」や、同カップリング曲「Ｄｅｐｅ ｎｄ　ｏｎ　ｙｏｕ」などを激しいダンスを交えて熱唱。２時間２０分にわたってステージを駆け回り、女王の 健在ぶりを見せつけた。
