so i just found out about this actor from britain (hot, right?!) who was on the show "Skins" and this photo was apparently from one of his photoshoots. looks a lot like ayu's JEWEL pv, hm?

Off-topic: Damm, (clicky) he's hardly got any muscles yet he has the V muscles at the side of his thighs leading to his crotch (if you know what I mean >.>b). I never could find out how to train that. The coaches refused to tell me lol

I'm a fitness-instructor and a model, so I can probably tell you.. it's easy to get a V-shape at your thighs.. It's a balance of low fat (so do loads of cardio, the best would be spinning) and trained legs (again; the best would be spinning; and also squats)... good luck .. but anyways I thought most boys would have that naturally.. ooh but don't compare yourself btw; the good photo/photographer does wonders

Trained legs?? Really? It looks more like the muscle is bigger above the thigh. o__O Also what are squats in Dutch and do they help get the V thing? lol But then again I don't have it so idk. And nope, I only know a handful of people who have that.. With most people they're either too fat or don't have enough muscle so you only see the hip bone or something. But then again I have a seven pack so I'm also a freak of nature lol. Random comment: Fat bellies are absolutely revolting. @_@

BTW is he gay or something that in one of the magazine pics it says "Modern gays on the box" with him on the cover?

I think he meant trained legs as in "trained lower limbs", including legs and thighs, since he recommended spinning and spinning works with all those parts. The part of the body you move genrally (even though not an absolute rule) comes after the muscle you're using/trying to build up, so it isn't any wonder that the muscle is "above the thigh". As an example, to make your arms stronger, you have to move your forearms, etc, etc, etc. I've seeem some cycling spinning sections but never went through one before, and you can notice it works a lot the thighs and legs. Anyway, thanks Rody! for the tip, I'll take that in mind if I ever want to train those muscles There are spinning sections in the gym I go to, but it is a little too expensive to add spinning classes to your regular program. The best way or maintaining your cardio would be to start spinning 1 time a week and then try to build to 2 or 3 times a week. Personally I try to fitness 2 times a day at least, and I teach 5 spinning classes a week (2 days with 2 in a row and 1 day with just 1).
If you train, just make sure you cardio every few days.. It's pure maintanance
