What's interesting to note, as some of you may already know, is that this single is being licensed and released under the original record company (New Century Records) that released the old Utada family (U3) album "STAR" when Utada was like, 9 or 8. So most likely (and I'm not saying this is definite; it could be the single that she blogged about recording earlier in March/April), this is a release of an unreleased Utada track from that era (think early Cubic U stuff), with the possibility of unreleased tracks as b-sides. This is all guesswork, but it would be a smart for the company considering they're probably on the verge of bankruptcy with the economy.
But, really, who knows? For all I can tell, maybe she went postal and switched labels for no reason.
