anybody can write lyrics, anybody can compose. anyone can design clothing with the right amount of attention focused to it. it doesn't mean they're good at it.

No, they can't. There's a LOT more to composing then thinking of a tune. You have to have a really good understanding of music to be able to successfully compose. What you consider "good tunes" is not a measure of talent. It's a personal opinion. If she wasn't talented, then NO ONE would like her and she wouldn't have put out an album

so many untalented people in the US put out albums..
Hilary Duff, Miley Cyrus, so many untalented rappers that'll get a #1 singing about sex. only a handful of people on top of the billboard charts have real talent

no. it's because koda has more to her than just her sexual image. lady gaga has yet to show much more of her. all she talks about are her sexcapades and how she signed some mans penis or how she had sex in the back of a taxi-cab.. how she used to be a stripper. and then she comes off as completely conceited and goes on about how she's a living legend and was born to be a star and how she saved pop music.

Besides LoveGame, Summer Boy, Boys Boys Boys, and Poker Face NONE of her songs are about sex (And, some of those are a stretch, or include a side mention to it). koda kumi has a few songs about sex. she does not talk about it in her interviews, and she has never been caught about to lick some tranny's coochie in a club. she has done some vulgar things, but i think she pulls off sexy without looking trashy.

"trasy" and "vulgar" are very relative things... There is not a definition of what's exactily vulgar and what's not... IMO Koda is VERY trashy... So is Gaga, but I don't see it as a bad thing....
