Akanishi today announced at the last day of JIN AKANISHI "JINDEPENDENCE" TOUR 2018 that he will release a repackaged album in August

The repackaged album will include a new song & and it will be packaged in a box set

In addition , footages of JIN AKANISHI "JINDEPENDENCE" TOUR 2018 that was recorded this year on 30th March at Chiba's Makuhari Event Hall will be included

Akanishi Jin to drop a rearrange album

Akanishi Jin will drop a rearranged album (currently untitled) in August.

The forthcoming album will feature new arrangements of existing songs as well as brand new songs. There will also be a limited edition package including footage from his 'Blessed' tour held on March 30 at Makuhari Event Hall.

Miura Shohei & Shirota Yu attend Akanishi Jin's concert

On May 25, actor Miura Shohei updated his Instagram account and shared that he attended the finale of Akanishi Jin's live tour 'JIN AKANISHI -JINDEPENDENCE- TOUR 2018.'

Miura, who is close with Akanishi, uploaded a two-shot and captioned it "Jin-kun live." In the second picture, he is pictured with fellow actor Shirota Yu and RADWIMPS' Kuwahara Akira.

Akanishi also posted photos of Miura, Shirota, and others on his Instagram account.

Akanishi Jin's rearrange album to be titled 'A la carte'

The title of Akanishi Jin's rearranged album has been determined to be 'A la carte.' It will drop in stores on August 1.

"A la carte" will include rearrangement of Akanishi's songs. The concept of this album comes from his "Blessed" tour. By rearranging and re-editing his songs, he found that the melody and lyrics had a charm different from the original version.

The album will feature a total of 14 songs. The regular edition will come with one bonus track, while the limited edition DVD will contain the PV for his new song as well as footage from his release event for "Blessed" at Toyosu PIT. In addition, the UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE edition will be a premium box set enclosing a DVD or Blu-ray with live footage from his concert at Makuhari Event Hall along with special photo book from the concert.
