Yume no Uta by Koda Kumi
Wishing on the Same Star by Namie Amuro


listen to the bgeinnings of both the songs.
They sound sooo similiar (not 100% but still pretty clsoe)

anyone else agree?

Not really, and I've listen to both of them many times. I don't see the similarity beside both being "power ballads".

The first couple notes are "similar", but the rest is completely different. Hardly a fair comparison -_-

I think they sound similar. Whenever I listen to yume no uta I always felt like listening to Wishing on the same star right after. Glad someone else noticed it too.

I have to agree with you that the first five second of both songs does sound similar. I like both of those songs so its alright with me.

Yeah i just think the piano intros sound similiar. (I like Wishing on the Same Star more than Yume no Uta, though. lol .. irrelevant.)

Jeez I Didnt mean it in a bad way. x_x I admit I dont like Kuu but I wasnt trying to insult her. I just meant some of her songs. Maybe I phrased it wrong or something.
