Question about...Pronunciation

I'm really horrible at pronouncing Japanese names, and I was just curious as to how to pronounce Mika Nakashima's name.
I always say "MIKE-uh"...But I have a feeling that might be wrong.
Can anyone help out?

I pronounce Mika's name as Me-kah Nah-kah-she-mah. (I hope I'm spelling my pronunciation correctly...If not, the all of the -ahs are pronouced ah as in "la". Or at least that's how I pronounce it.

If you know how they pronounce things like a i u e o and such it's much easier to pronounce when it's all put together, so like other people said it's like say me-ka

meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeka

japanese is actually easier for me to pronounce than other languages because it's pronounced exactly as it's spelled.

Like Spanish.
