I really love the cover, but her right hand is a little strange Who shot this cover?

Hope the inside pics are pretty *__* I don't think I'll get this calendar though....

Someone slap me because I feel that she looks normal in the closed up cover, but when the cover is more zoomed out showing her clothes, I loved everything but her face, cos it looks weird to me lol.
