Ayumi might have been overexposed once, in 00-03/04 maybe, but most certainly not anymore now.

I think people are referring to the state that Namie was experiencing before she released BEST FICTION, when there was almost no activity for her and she had extremely low sales. That's how an artist is not "overexposed"

But what made her over exposed once again was the pulic itself and then they started overexposing her in VS and stuff (since it started with Baby Don't Cry and then went up with 60s70s80s).

I would agree Ayu was overexposed if it was said anytime before Secret era singles, when she stoped being everywhere everytime....

Tbh, with careful planning almost everyone can get #1 now. I'd prefer this selling loads and getting #2 than selling what it is atm and getting #1.

I agree, because this album deserves to sell more than both RNRC and NEXT LEVEL combined.

Nah. While I like Love songs better than NEXT LEVEL, it's just not as good as Rock'n'Roll Circus for me

Hmmm as far as the last three albums... Ls > NL = RnRC lol. Overall, Love songs is quickly becoming my favorite Ayu album ever.

for me it's like Love Songs >>> RnRC >>>> NL
but hey, they're all really good albums. both RnRC and NL just have 1-2 songs I dislike, or feel are bland and hardly ever want to listen to. Love Songs has all great songs to me.

Been in Japan for CDL from 24th - 1st, there is much less promotion for the album.... There are no billboards in the main Shibuya area and I only spotted some billboards in less popular places, and I only saw like 5 billboards in the whole time I was there.

Contrast this with 3 years ago when I went to CDL 07-08, there were HEAPS of GUILTY billboards including one in the Shibuya intersection as well as trucks that drove around playing the album.

i think in the 2nd week she'll sell around 35k ... but i wish with cdl, kouhaku and all it reaches 50k *--* a far away dream though
